The Maxi-Cosi Nomad Plus is not equipped with ISOFIX connectors as it is built for travel. Thanks to its light weight (<4kg), Nomad is easy to take everywhere. ISOFIX connectors would have added weight, making Nomad less easy to transport. Even without ISOFIX connectors, Nomad is very safe to use thanks to its belt installation.

Where can I store Maxi-Cosi Nomad Plus travel bag?

You can store the Nomad travel bag under the seat. A storage location is created with this purpose. Once folded, you can attach the travel bag to the seat thanks to 4 push buttons installed on the bag. No risk to lose it!

What is the right position/height for the safety harness?

The harness straps should be placed at the level of the shoulders, not coming from above nor below. The headrest should be adjusted in consequence, keeping the harness at the level of the shoulders.

What is the right position for the headrest of my child car seat?

The headrest should be positioned in such a way that in a forward facing position the eyes and ears of the child are located in the middle of the headrest. This means that the child's head can exceed the headrest. In a rearward facing position the head should not exceed the headrest.

How long can I use the Nomad Plus car seat?

The Maxi-Cosi Nomad Plus car seat is designed to suit children from 9 to 18kg (approx.9 months up to 4 years) and is developed for intensive use for 12 years after purchase. To ensure the safety of your child(ren) during the lifespan of the car seat, make sure that the product is not damaged (harness or pads lost, etc.).

Can I install the Nomad Plus rearward facing?

No, the Maxi-Cosi Nomad Plus can only be used forward facing.
