Price Match Promise

Welcome to Global Baby's Price Match Promise. We are committed to providing our customers with the best prices for baby products. Our Price Match Promise is designed to ensure that you can shop with confidence, knowing that you are getting the best deals. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Eligibility:

The Price Match Promise is applicable to identical products available for purchase at both Global Baby and a qualifying competitor.
The competitor must be a reputable retailer with a physical store or an established online presence.

2. Qualifying Products:

The product must be the same brand, model, colour, size, and have the same specifications.
The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from both Global Baby and the competitor.

3. Exclusions:

The Price Match Promise does not apply to clearance, closeout, refurbished, ex-display, or open-box items.
Auctions, flash sales, and limited-time promotions are also excluded.
The promise does not cover pricing errors made by either Global Baby or the competitor.

4. Verification Process:

To request a price match, customers can provide proof of the competitor's lower price. This can include a link to the product on the competitor's website or a valid advertisement.
Global Baby reserves the right to verify the competitor's price and product availability.

5. Price Adjustment:

If a valid price match is confirmed, Global Baby will adjust the price of the product on your order accordingly.
Price adjustments will only be made before the purchase is completed and the order is shipped.

7. Geographic Limitations:

The Price Match Promise is applicable to purchases made within New Zealand, where Global Baby operates.
