Ten new baby products I'm loving right now

The fun thing about working in a baby store, is that new products are coming through all the time, there are always innovations!! These are my fave new products.

1. Meelight Portable Nightlight

This great little light omits a soft warm glow, which is perfect for sleepy babies because warm light isn't as stimulating as blue light (like from your phone). Attach the Meelight to your pyjamas using the handy clip when you do those night feeds, or leave it on the base station beside the bed. Meelight charges using USB, which you know is so handy.

2. Rainbow Rug

We're loving this new rainbow rug from Oohbubs, it's sure to brighten any room!

2. Crywolf Rainwear

It's that time of year, we're about to get a lot of rain! Check out this rain wear from NZ brand Crywolf, including jackets, overalls, and gumboots. The prints and colours are the perfect mix of fun, and stylish, and we love that the boots are made from natural rubber. One of the jacket styles even comes in mum sizes, so you can twin with your mini!

3. Wilson & Frenchy

This range is seriously beautiful! Superb quality, organic cotton with GOTS approved dyes. I'm loving the sloth print, though I'm pretty sure it's going to sell out fast! The bonnets are available in three colours, they're the sort of thing I want to buy and put away just in case I have another baby one day.

4. Edwards & Co Otto

This cool little travel stroller is what you need for all your adventures, especially if that adventure involves travelling in a car or a plane. Super compact, it'll fit in the airplane overhead locker without a problem, and take up virtually no room in the boot of your car. It's lightweight, has a generous recline- ideal for naps on the go- and it's easy to push too. 

5. Made with Love journal

This sweet little pregnancy journal is designed to follow your journey from pre-conception to birth. There are checklists and prompts, as well as space for you to record details of medical visits and health, lifestyle, and even finances. 

6. LFOH Overalls

These overalls have to be one of my favourite garments of the season! Made from thick merino wool, the fabric is super soft, but kind of like a sweatshirt. There are domes through the crotch, for easy nappy changes, and a gorgeous frill around the neckline. I'm in love with the colour too, it's so 2019. 7. Maxi-Cosi Titan

The Titan is a new release from top European brand Maxi-Cosi. In NZ it's exclusive to Maxi-Cosi Premium Dealers (that's us!) It's a multi-age car seat, so you can use it for a long time. Forward facing from 2 years to 18kg (about 4 years), then tuck the harness in the special spot behind the cover, and use it as a booster with your car's seatbelt, right up to 12 years. No need to unthread the harness and risk loosing it. Install using isofix and the top tether. You'll also love 

8. Sheepskin rugs

Did you know our Infantcare sheepskin rugs are machine washable? No need to worry about spills and other messes with this one, just throw it in the machine! I love that so much.  

9. Shnuggle Dreami

I love this bassinet because it's super modern looking and different to anything we've seen before. At 4kg it's really light and easy to move around the house. Use it with, or without the base, and get this- you can flip the base upside down to make the Dreami rockable. I don't know how the designers come up with these ideas but I love it.
