Following childbirth you may or may not have stitches. However most women will experience some form of discomfort due to bruising and stretching of the skin. Soothe, calm and reduce swelling help the healing process.

The clever inverted bottle system makes application easy. Simply turn bottle upside down and spray affected area as required. Store in the fridge once opened.

Relief spray can also be used during pregnancy to ease the discomfort of painful, swollen haemorrhoids. Spray "Relief" onto cotton balls, pop them in a zip lock bag and store in the fridge until required. Place a cooling relief cotton ball on the affected area as required.
