Bill is the cutest little duck soft toy. He’s an Aquarius: a humanitarian who thinks outside the box (hence the Mowhawk). Also an introvert, Bill keeps his bill tightly closed at all times. A keen observer, Bill hovered over a certain duck-free pond for a while before deciding to fly down and make it his home.
