Meet the team: This is Flora, she came to us part-time as a uni student, and now she’s pretty much running the place - Sales, marketing, direct sourcing, installing car seats as a certifiedChild restraint technician and running our Wechat account for our Chinese customers.

I receive lots of emails from customers telling me how lovely and helpful Flora is. One of the best things about being a business owner is receiving emails like that about my team!

We’ve been working together for four years, so we turn up in matching outfits sometimes!

Over the years, Flora has selected and installed many car seats for our Chinese-speaking customers, who found that it's supportiveto learn and practise the installation in their first language.
