Freedom is loving your body with all its “imperfections” and being the perfectly imperfect you!
Love Your Body encourages young girls to admire and celebrate their bodies for all the amazing things they can do, and to help girls see that they are so much more than their bodies.
More than ever it’s time to normalise ‘normal’. What if every young girl loved her body? How many lives would be improved or even saved?
“What a gift. This is the book we all wish we had growing up.” –Fiona Sutherland, co-director Body Positive Australia

Love this book. My daughter loves reading it and it’s so good for body positivity when they young and as they grow.
