During this talk I’ll explore what happens to your child’s sleep between the ages of 3 – 6 months, and put some of the common myths to bed. Is it fair to expect your child to sleep through the night this early? Is the 4-month sleep regression really a thing? How many naps should your baby have? Come and find out!

I’ll also let you know my seven most important sleep tips to help your baby sleep well. These include information on sleep props and how they affect sleep, all you need to know about bedtime routines, daytime schedules, and how to avoid overtiredness.
